OEM & ODM
Build the range under your own brand
Private-label programmes for importers, dealers and brands that need the product to carry their name, their specification and their market position rather than a generic model number.
- Your logo and decals applied at the factory
- Body colour, livery and window count set per order
- Interior layout and equipment configured from the options catalogue
- Specification and artwork kept on file for repeat orders

Programme types
What can be customised
Start with a private label on a catalogue model, or go further into a modified build. Both routes are confirmed in writing before production starts.
Private label
Your logo and decals applied at the factory, with your own packaging, manual and warranty wording. Artwork is approved in writing before the units are built.
Layout and equipment customisation
Interior layout, berth arrangement, kitchen and bathroom equipment, table systems and lighting are configured to your market position from the options catalogue.
Exterior identity
Body colour, graphic livery and window count are set per order — the catalogue models define the construction, the exterior identity is yours.
Programme support
For repeat programmes we keep the specification and artwork on file so a follow-up order is produced to the same standard without re-approval.

Sequence
How an OEM programme is confirmed
- 01
Specification
You send the pickup details (make, model, generation, bed or chassis dimensions), the target market and the equipment list. We return a written specification naming the model and the options that apply.
- 02
Quotation
Quotation is issued against the confirmed specification, quantity and destination port. Lead time is stated against that order volume rather than as a fixed number of days.
- 03
Production
Production starts against the approved specification and artwork — body fabrication, interior fit-out, then final assembly. You receive progress records at the agreed checkpoints.
- 04
Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection is carried out, either by your own inspector or a third-party company, before the units are loaded.
- 05
Shipping
Units ship assembled or in shipping configuration according to the model and how you want to receive them at the destination. Roof-top tents containerise as flat packs.
- 06
After sales
Recommended spares kits ship with the first order, and additional parts — lift mechanisms, windows, hardware — are supplied from the same line when your fleet needs them.
Start a programme
Tell us the brand and the market
Send your target market, the model you want to start from, the equipment level and the quantity for the first programme. We reply with what can be confirmed and what needs a sample unit first.
Need a sample unit before committing?
We can produce a first unit to your specification so the build, the branding and the market fit are confirmed before the programme starts.
